We are located in Jordan Landing between 7000 S and 7800 S, directly across from the fire station. There are two matching medical buildings, and we are the south building, closest to Best Buy, on the bottom floor, Suite 120, inside Utah Spine & Accident Clinic.

Our hours are by appointment only, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
